You can cancel an order for a full refund as long as lens preparation hasn't started yet. Once your lenses enter preparation, the order can no longer be cancelled since each lens is prepared to your selected specifications.
Because lenses are customized to your prescription and selected options, we're only able to accept returns for manufacturing defects or an incorrect order. Report any issue from My Orders within the window shown on your order, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Razorpay. Refund processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
