When you create an account, place an order, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and order details. We use email-based one-time codes to sign you in, so we do not store passwords.
We use your information to process orders and payments, provide order tracking and customer support, send transactional emails (such as login codes and order updates), and improve our products and services.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank account details on our servers.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate Luminex — such as our payment processor and email delivery provider — and only to the extent necessary to provide our services. We do not sell your personal information.
You can review and update your account details from My Account, or contact us to request that we delete your account data, subject to any records we're required to keep for legal or accounting purposes.
